Associate Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, organize, and manage project tasks and deliverables, including scheduling activities, attending meetings, and conducting administrative duties such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices, and drawing estimates.
• Understand a project's scope, create documents for project requirements, maintain the quality of all project data, and adhere to standardized format guidelines.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Project Management Team, assist in planning and implementation of projects, track and report project progress, and perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
• Work with resource managers to manage resourcing, collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks, and act as a liaison between project stakeholders regarding project details and deliverables.
• Analyze data as required, work with the project management team to report analyzed data, and communicate results.

Requirements

• Related experience or education in the field of marketing, communications, or advertising.
• Proficiency in various computer applications like Excel, word processor, spreadsheet, PowerPoint, database software, and the internet.
• Excellent project management skills, including resource and time management abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent organizational, time, and self-management skills.
• Resourceful with a strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented with sharp attention to detail and a drive for perfection.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility, professionalism, and positivity.

Nice to Have

• Interest in learning the fundamentals of shopper behavior and commerce marketing.

• Educational background or experience in marketing, communications, or advertising.
