About the Role

Yardi is on the lookout for creative, tech-savvy problem solvers to join our Global Solutions Team as Associate Technical Account Managers (ATAMs)! In this role, you'll support clients by troubleshooting our real estate software and spend about 50% of your time creating and editing content such as training videos, release notes, user guides, and course materials. You'll help make complex tools easy to understand and have the opportunity to blend tech with storytelling and clear communication, making an impact in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Create and edit training videos for clients
Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot application issues and effectively address challenges
Provide exceptional customer support during product implementations and software upgrades to ensure a smooth experience
Follow up on issues requiring additional research or client information, ensuring thorough and timely resolution
Prepare detailed write-ups for escalated issues, documenting cases and creating comprehensive documentation for resolution
Foster strong relationships with customers through coordinated weekly calls to facilitate setups and maintain ongoing connections
Collaborate closely with Global Solutions team members across the US to contribute to the team's collective success

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
A passion for numbers and strong analytical skills
High proficiency in troubleshooting and providing remote support over email and phone
Outstanding customer service skills with a desire to exceed expectations and ensure client satisfaction
Excellent attention to detail and a diligent approach to following processes
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Knowledge of accounting principles (preferred)
SQL Server and web Server knowledge (preferred)
Previous experience in technical support and application troubleshooting (preferred)
