About the Role

We're looking for a creative and technically skilled Associate, Videographer to support the growing demand for original multimedia content across our marketing channels. This role will help ideate, produce, capture, and edit compelling video content that tells the story of our brand, our properties, and the people who live and work within them. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, an eye for detail, and the ability to shoot and edit across a variety of formats - from social-first short form to long-form branded features.

Key Responsibilities

Capture and edit video content for a range of marketing needs - including brand campaigns, social media, interviews, and internal communications.
Maintain quality standards across video outputs with attention to lighting, audio, pacing, and branding.
Organize and manage media assets, project files, and post-production workflows.
Collaborate with brand, strategy, content, and digital teams to shape narratives, storyboard concepts, and develop shoot plans.
Propose new video content ideas that reflect cultural relevance, enhance engagement, and drive brand affinity.
Support video shoots, including on-location filming, gear setup/breakdown, and lighting/audio adjustments.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in video production or content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or comparable platform, with bonus points for After Effects or motion design capabilities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a deep love for storytelling through visuals across a range of editing tactics.
