Key Responsibilities

Lead the vision for Humana's mobile app ecosystem, focusing on simplicity, accessibility, and emotional connection.
Ensure seamless and consistent experience architecture across mobile, desktop, and connected devices supported by a robust design system.
Work closely with Engineering, Product, Research, and UX Content to bring holistic, behaviorally informed solutions to market.
Build and mentor high-performing design teams grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and design excellence.
Champion accessibility, equity, and cultural relevance in every design decision to ensure all members feel seen and supported.
Stay ahead of emerging design and technology trends that can improve health outcomes and deepen engagement.

Requirements

Experience in leading mobile and digital product design with a focus on member-centric experiences.
Strong understanding of experience architecture across multiple platforms including mobile, web, and hybrid tools.
Ability to collaborate across disciplines such as Engineering, Product, Research, and Content.
Leadership skills to build and mentor high-performing design teams.
Commitment to inclusive design principles, including accessibility and cultural relevance.
Knowledge of current design and technology trends relevant to healthcare digital experiences.

Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare or health-related digital platforms.
Familiarity with behaviorally informed design solutions.
Experience with design systems and experience architecture.
