About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new products, including idea generation, feasibility studies, implementation, and post-launch review for various channels.
• Conduct research and development for new A&H product types to meet market demands.
• Oversee product performance, including profit margin analysis and management, to ensure long-term success.
• Analyze and optimize product application across multiple channels.
• Create and oversee the production of marketing materials to support product promotion.
• Execute tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support team and business goals.

Requirements

• Experience in product development, especially in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong research and innovation skills related to new product types.
• Ability to analyze product performance and manage profit margins.
• Excellent cross-channel strategy and marketing material creation skills.
• Ability to execute tasks independently and support team objectives.
