About the Role

The Sherwin-Williams Finance Automation & Insights Internship Program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in predictive insights and business process automation. The 10-week program features a singular experience in Business Process Automation or Predictive Planning and Insights (PPI) with cross-functional exposure across Sherwin-Williams to develop the foundation for what it takes to become a successful leader in our organization. You will gain meaningful exposure to innovative technologies, predictive analytics, and processes that drive results, all while developing the skills necessary for a successful career at Sherwin-Williams. You will also have the opportunity to visit business group locations to gain an understanding of the different divisions. This internship program is scheduled to take place during summer of 2026 and will be fully in person.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in a 10-week internship focused on either Business Process Automation or Predictive Planning and Insights (PPI).
Gain exposure to innovative technologies, predictive analytics, and processes that drive results.
Visit business group locations to understand different divisions within Sherwin-Williams.

Requirements

Interest in business process automation, predictive analytics, or related fields.
Ability to commit to a full-time, in-person internship during summer 2026.
Eagerness to develop foundational skills for a leadership career in the organization.
