Key Responsibilities

Lead automation strategy and supervise a team of contractors working on automation.
Define the backlog for automation and track progress.
Ensure adherence to automation framework and processes.
Drive automation solutions and ensure proactive problem-solving.
Maintain a constant feedback loop between the candidate, the VP, and the broader team.

Requirements

Experience with TOSCA automation tool.
Experience as an Automation Architect and in developing Automation Test Strategies.
High-level low-code/no-code automation experience (10/10 communication skills).
Ability to lead large, scalable automation efforts.
Proactive, adaptable, and excellent communication skills.
