About the Role

The AVP of Digital Products is a senior leader responsible for driving the organization's digital strategy and capabilities, managing digital products, and leading digital product teams. This role will focus on the digital transformation efforts to improve customer and associate experiences ensuring digital solutions align with business goals. The AVP of Digital Products owns the digital product roadmap and ensures the effective use of digital technologies to deliver value and measurable business outcomes. The AVP of Digital Products will provide collaborative leadership across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide business partners to define and communicate a clear "Digital North Star" to guide all digital efforts and priorities, and work with the executive team to assess the business value of digital investments.
  • Develop and execute a digital strategy that aligns with business goals, in partnership with business leaders, and adapt to innovative technology trends.
  • Own the digital product roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.
  • Drive digital acceleration to enhance customer experiences and business growth.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, overseeing the maturing of the capabilities of digital products.
  • Manage complex digital products across multiple business units with shared accountability while balancing competing priorities and optimizing resources.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer and associate digital journey, acting as a bridge between business functions to expand digital product capabilities and create a seamless, integrated experience.
  • Translate financial investments into measurable value and high return on investment.
  • Lead teams focused on delivering digital initiatives, ensuring they have the necessary resources and skills.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage budgets and ensure digital initiatives deliver strong financial returns.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to align digital projects with business objectives.

  • Work with executives to ensure digital strategies deliver business value and support company growth.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships to drive digital transformation across the organization.
  • Ensure a seamless customer and employee experience by managing digital products across their lifecycle.
  • Champion agile methodologies and ensure rapid, iterative delivery of digital initiatives.
  • Establish performance metrics and governance for digital initiatives, tracking business impact.
  • Lead the execution of large-scale digital programs that contribute to growth.
  • Oversee continuous improvement of digital products to ensure value delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Direct the balance of internal and vendor-provided resources to meet financial, timeline, and skill requirements.
  • Provide financial oversight for the company's growth-related technology investments and manage the digital product portfolio budget.
  • Adapt digital product development methodology to meet requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the IT enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring digital products conform to standards.
  • Drive innovation by leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to optimize digital products.
  • Ensure digital initiatives are data-driven, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in digital product management, IT solutions, or related fields, with significant leadership experience.
