About the Role

The AVP of Enterprise Performance and PMO at Campbell's is a critical enterprise leader responsible for accelerating the company's transformation through strategic growth and margin expansion initiatives. Reporting to the SVP of Enterprise Excellence, this role involves developing and delivering large-scale programs, leading a team of program managers, and influencing senior executive decisions to improve profitability and build organizational capability. The position requires an enterprise mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a thought leader for Campbell's enterprise strategy by working with cross-functional leaders to develop a pipeline of initiatives that deliver growth and margin goals.
  • Influence decisions and prioritization of initiatives at the executive level.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable programs by creating and communicating project roadmaps with milestones, interdependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Operate as a strategic business partner to streamline workstreams across Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercialization, Finance, and R&D into a cohesive and aligned agenda.
  • Clearly articulate program objectives and scope to ensure stakeholder alignment, determine resource requirements, costs, and delivery timelines.
  • Scope work into workstreams with clear tasks and responsibilities, supporting workstream leaders in detailed project planning.
  • Establish project cadence and monitor/report progress with transparent information.
  • Proactively mitigate risks and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment.
  • Evaluate program performance regularly, adjust as needed, and conduct lessons learned sessions.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and ensure cross-functional teams are aligned in purpose.
  • Develop and implement PMO strategies to improve project management practices.
  • Champion a culture of strong business partnership and operational excellence.
  • Build tools, frameworks, and forums for governance, initiative approval, project planning, issue resolution, and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience with enterprise visibility, preferably in Transformation Office, Supply Chain / Operations, or Finance.
  • Experience leading large-scale initiatives in the CPG industry, ideally in Food & Beverage.
  • Proven ability to structure complex, cross-functional programs into actionable workstreams and partner effectively to deliver outcomes.
  • Data-driven with strong financial acumen and ability to pressure-test business cases.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive influencing skills.
  • Collaborative and inclusive leadership approach, capable of leading through ambiguity and resolving hurdles.
  • Sufficient technical fluency to improve information collection, synthesis, and reporting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Experience in a Transformation Office, Supply Chain, Operations, or Finance roles with enterprise-level scope.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • Master's degree or MBA (preferred).
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in roles with enterprise visibility.
