We're looking for an experienced developer like you with the skills needed to develop software and systems from vision to production-ready. This role is more than just coding. As a senior full stack developer at Booz Allen, you'll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You'll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You'll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

Master new tools and techniques to improve systems and processes.
Identify system improvements and implement them effectively.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with back-end development, including languages such as Java, Python, GO, SQL, or C++.
5+ years of experience with enterprise application development.
2+ years of experience with AWS services and cloud-native architecture patterns, including ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM policies, security groups, and network security.
2+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code, including AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
Experience with Front End Development.
Experience working with containerization, including Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS, and container orchestration.
Experience developing and deploying production applications from concept to O&M.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
HS diploma or GED.

Nice to Have

3+ years of experience with containerization, including Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS, and container orchestration.
3+ years of experience with Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and security documentation.
Experience with database administration and optimization, including RDS, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
Experience with serverless architecture, such as Lambda and API Gateway.
Experience leading technical initiatives in large-scale environments.
Experience with system design, with focus on scalability and reliability.
Experience developing Geospatial UIs, implementing DevOps mechanisms for projects, and designing and implementing UI for artificial intelligence or machine learning applications.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
AWS Certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer Certifications.
IAT Level II+ Certification, such as Security+ or CISSP Certifications.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
