About the Role

Support the team by analyzing data, creating documentation, and supporting project execution. This role bridges business needs with technical teams, focusing on customer experience, agile delivery, and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze dashboards, reports, and research to provide actionable insights
Write business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Conduct user journey mapping and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Create visualizations and dashboards to support performance analysis
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders
Support Agile transformation and change management initiatives
Prepare documentation and presentations for executive meetings

Requirements

BS/BA in Customer Experience, Marketing, Market Research, Business, or related field
3-5+ years in customer-centric projects or enterprise strategy roles
Strong Business Analysis background
Experience working in Agile environments
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
