About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team at Zion Home Health Services INC. This role is essential in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer inquiries, and feedback, responding promptly to enhance customer support.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Assist in clerical tasks as needed, including front desk support and office organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace and QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in various software applications.
  • Experience as a medical receptionist or in customer support roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities are essential for handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook skills.
  • Customer support experience (1-2 years).
  • Medical administrative support experience (1-2 years).
  • Social media management experience (1-2 years).
  • Computer literacy and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in medical administrative support or as a medical receptionist.

Benefits & Perks

  • Part-time position paying $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.
