Bilingual (English/Spanish) Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and schedule social media content (Instagram, TikTok, possibly Facebook/X) in both English and Spanish.
• Develop engaging assets: short video clips, Reels, Stories, graphics, captions.
• Research and monitor immigration trends, policy changes, legal developments, and news to generate timely content ideas.
• Help train/coach the team in best practices: content creation, posting schedules, platform-specific “how-tos” (e.g. trending sounds, hashtags, video formatting).
• Ensure consistency in voice/branding, bilingual accuracy, and culturally relevant content.
• Track engagement metrics, suggest adjustments to improve reach and performance.
• Collaborate closely with our SEO team and secondary marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals and ensure maximum impact.

Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Experience managing social media accounts (especially Instagram and TikTok), including content creation and video editing.
• Strong creative skills: able to ideate, storyboard, and execute content.
• Self-motivated, reliable, good communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Up-to-date with immigration policy/news is a plus.
• Comfortable collaborating with SEO and marketing professionals.

Qualifications
