About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Brand Manager at our Nordstrom Seattle Location. This person can achieve all sales and customer service targets while creating an optimal work environment. Candidates should possess the skills that will flourish in a fast paced retail environment. The role offers exposure to business planning, consumer insights, event management, customer relationship management, and front line marketing, providing all-round skills needed for career progression within the beauty industry. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve all sales and customer service targets while creating an optimal work environment.
- Utilize visual merchandising to build a successful business.
- Plan and execute in-store events.
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Coach others to reach their full potential.
- Manage business planning, consumer insights, and front line marketing activities.
Requirements
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Nice to Have
- Experience in visual merchandising.
- Experience in retail sales and customer service in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
