About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor, train, and coach Interns and Consultants to facilitate successful project completion.
• Identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency in projects.
• Strengthen relationships and communicate effectively with client personnel and professional associates.
• Assist in establishing project scope and work plans, staffing, and preparing deliverables under the direction of Managers.
• Dive into accounts to find insights and opportunities for performance improvement to maximize ROI and optimize personalization.
• Evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data.
• Translate and communicate issues, risks, or challenges to client personnel, including executives.
• Supervise teams, including mentoring, oversight, review of work, and motivating team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics implementations and analysis; agency experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Data Collection.
• Enjoyment in using data & tag management tools such as Adobe Data Collection (formerly Adobe Launch) and Google Tag Manager.
• Interest in digital analytics, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and provide exceptional experiences.
• Interest in project management and team leadership.
• Strong documentation skills, including handling client solutions design references (SDR) and business requirement documents (BRD).
• Experience with or understanding of Adobe Target, Salesforce Einstein, debugging, QA practices, and data architecture concepts.
• Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and communicate findings effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Tealium or Ensighten.
• Understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) & Data Management Platforms (DMP).
• Knowledge of web implementation architecture such as HTML, CSS, and content management systems.
• Supervisory experience including mentoring and motivating teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics implementations & analysis.
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Data Collection.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary range of $107,000 to $160,000 with a bonus target of 10%, estimated total cash range of $117,700 to $176,000.
