About the Role

Bio-One, a brand of Five Star Franchising, is seeking an experienced and proactive Brand Marketing Director to lead franchisee marketing efforts for the brand. The role involves working within the Five Star Franchising Marketing structure, collaborating closely with franchisees, the inhouse marketing team, and the Bio-One Brand President. Bio-One specializes in biohazard cleanup and decontamination services, emphasizing high-quality services delivered by trained technicians who uphold core values of helping first and business second. The position focuses on developing and implementing marketing programs, processes, and systems to drive lead generation and promote overall brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Work with Five Star Marketing to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers, retain current clients, and promote the brand.
Coordinate with Five Star Marketing and franchise owners to accomplish marketing goals and objectives.
Clearly communicate franchise owner marketing plans with franchise owners.
Help address and resolve ongoing franchise owner needs, concerns, and questions related to their marketing plan.
Develop rich Google EAT content, messaging, media, websites, mailers, and other marketing materials in collaboration with Five Star Marketing.
Conduct thorough research, discoveries, analysis, and use frameworks to develop target customer personas and establish positioning and messaging.
Review market changes, consumer trends, and competitor activities, making recommendations for the marketing plan if necessary.
Collaborate with Five Star Marketing and brand executives to make high-level decisions regarding ad fund marketing budgets, strategies, and initiatives.
Help create and maintain a successful brand and image through PR, messaging, positioning, and research.
Identify new potential customers, target audiences, lead sources, and mediums for marketing programs.
Analyze marketing data to identify important trends.
Manage and develop the Brand Marketing Manager and Brand Marketing Specialist.

Requirements

7 years of brand marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience as a marketing leader in the franchise space, preferably with Home Services or Restoration.
Deep experience working with and through many stakeholders or customers.
Agency experience is valued.
Passionate about learning and developing new ideas to improve marketing programs.
Confident leader and business partner for the brand leadership team.
Comfortable with key metrics used to analyze business and marketing performance.
Excellent communicator regardless of audience.

Nice to Have

Experience in the franchise space, particularly in Home Services or Restoration.
Agency experience.
