Branding Agency Seeking Creative Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple creative projects, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients—gathering feedback, understanding goals, and translating needs into actionable steps for the team.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists to produce brand identity systems, websites, UI/UX deliverables, wireframes, and more.
• Develop project timelines, scopes of work, and resource plans.
• Lead internal check-ins, creative reviews, and client presentations.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with strategic objectives and brand standards.
• Identify and resolve project risks or issues before they impact delivery.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing creative or digital projects in an agency or similar environment.
• Solid understanding of branding, design systems, UI/UX principles, and web development processes.
• Experience working with brand identity design, wireframes, and responsive web design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—ability to talk to clients and creatives alike.
• Experience with tools like Asana, Figma, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once without losing track of the details.
• A calm, confident, solutions-oriented approach under pressure.
