Network Project Manager (MILCON)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT Projects for multiple sites and classification (type) of sites
• Manage Sentinel baseline requests for each site
• Develop and maintain project plans using JIRA and Microsoft Project
• Collect and establish requirements (define requirements)
• Manage change requirements
• Conduct project construction meetings
• Review project LOM redlines
• Engage with requirement owners and stakeholders
• Coordinate with other Sentinel teams
• Manage Jira project tasks across multiple projects and locations (e.g., MIF, TITAN)
• Create and update Confluence pages
• Perform general project management tasks
• Create and edit Visio documents
• Generate LOM documents
• Manage full inventory of related assets and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technologies, or related field and 7+ years of progressive technical experience, or MS Degree with 5+ years of related experience
• Technical knowledge of systems, networks, and application security
• Understanding of enterprise security frameworks, policies, processes, and standards
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work across teams and in a cross-functional environment to meet schedules
• Experience interfacing and briefing customers and upper management
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, networks, system components, protocols, COTS technology, and software development
• Effective organizational, time management, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to quickly comprehend technology and system requirements
• US citizenship and an active final Secret security clearance upon hire
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
• Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II or higher certification requirements on hire date

Nice to Have

• Experience with Confluence and Jira tools
• PMP Certification
• Experience with Microsoft Visio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or MS Degree in relevant field
• 7+ years of technical experience or 5+ years with MS Degree
• Active final Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
• DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II or higher certification
