About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic briefing agendas of high-level complexity that are technical, customized, and aligned with customer and business objectives.
• Pull together the right mix of attendees from C-level executives to technical speakers to deliver valuable and customized customer events.
• Facilitate conversations to clarify customer objectives, Juniper positioning, and understanding of products and solutions, depending on customer and sales cycle.
• Manage pre-planning conferences with sales teams and customers to clarify objectives.
• Engage, manage, and develop positive relationships with internal resources and subject matter experts across various organizations.
• Refine briefing documents and presentations to ensure message alignment.
• Participate in problem solving and planning sessions to support briefing planning and execution.
• Manage additional customer events in support of Juniper Networks' strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with fellow briefing professionals and cross-functional teams to grow programs supporting the briefing experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing strategic briefing agendas in a fast-paced briefing environment at a technology company.
• 3-5 years' experience in developing successful strategic briefing agendas of medium to high level complexity in an Executive Briefing Center.
• Experience working in a fast-paced EBC environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Technical skills and public speaking skills.
• Ability to identify, initiate, and drive projects and events to successful completion on deadline.

Nice to Have

• Good PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of Briefing Source software.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
