About the Role

This is an e-Commerce Business Analyst role with one of our direct clients. We have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with the proven ability to handle multiple functions associated with the rapidly expanding e-Commerce Business.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements and create documents to communicate between business users and the development team.
Monitor and test for new development.
Communicate with system development teamwork.
Include some traditional user interface and application module management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT and/or MIS related discipline.
Bilingual (English + Korean): Must be able to read, write, and speak in both.
Must have system analysis ability and knowledge of system interface including XML.
Must have knowledge in generating system and business process documentation.
Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, time management skills required.
Effective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with co-workers and other staff.
Strong communication-both oral and written to convey information in a clear and concise manner.

Nice to Have

1+ year of business process analysis experience preferred (Sales or logistics experience related e-Commerce System experience a plus).
Strong business process related analysis and consultation skills; ability to lead and guide clients.
Knowledge of ERP Logistics and general logistics and supply chain-related processes.
Basic knowledge of SQL and web system management.
Proven ability to multi-task and maintain organized handling of multiple clients across different Samsung divisions.
Retail or Ecommerce experience or an internship within e-commerce a plus.
