Key Responsibilities

Work with various teams throughout the company to understand their processes and develop Power BI data models to track performance and drive revenue.
Uncover sales KPIs that can be measured and improved upon through process improvements.
Process large amounts of data for statistical modeling and analysis using Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Excel.
Design research projects that apply valid statistical techniques to gain necessary insight into questions raised by sales managers and employees.
Plan data collection methods to effectively capture sales, customer, and product data.
Ensure data in our ERP systems and other sources are accurate and complete.
Complete audits of Power BI data models to ensure reports are consistent and incorporate the latest visualization techniques offered.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in business administration, analytics, mathematics or related field
Advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS Office programs
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Self-starter attitude and history of high performance
2-4 years of previous analyst experience (preferred)
