About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the direction and execution of multiple, concurrent projects with regular supervision from leadership.
• Contribute to the evaluation of requests for service to understand business and technical issues to be clarified with clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, project scope, and anticipated deliverable dates.
• Lead ongoing interface with clients to develop analytic approaches to requests.
• Translate defined business needs into meaningful metrics and analytics.
• Provide value-added analysis and recommend follow-up actions to support business needs.
• Assist in preparing major deliverables for client review and discussion.
• Educate clients on clinical and financial operational concepts and their relationship to data.
• Guide clients through known and potential data issues, considering data collection inconsistencies and source system inaccuracies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a healthcare or business analytics setting.
• Prior experience with Business Intelligence tools required.
• Ability to understand complex Data Models relevant to assigned projects and identify data integrity issues.
• Ability to work rapidly and accurately under pressure while handling multiple issues and priorities.
• Previous experience with EPIC, Power BI, and radar dashboard in an oncology setting is highly preferred.
• Experience with Cogito Fundamentals certification is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Previous EPIC, Power BI, and radar dashboard experience in an oncology setting.
• Certification in Cogito Fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
• 2 to 4 years experience in healthcare or business analytics
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools
