About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Analytics Manager to drive business outcomes across various business areas including Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Product, and others. You will be instrumental in translating complex data into actionable insights that inform our strategic decisions and improve business performance. In this role, you will manage, lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts to deliver impact across the business. This position will be hybrid in Lehi, Utah, and reports to Kim Nguyen.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing business intelligence analysts, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and fostering continuous learning and professional development.
Manage and elevate analytics operations internally and cross-functionally, including sprint planning, retrospectives, business health reviews, prioritization, and self-service analytics.
Lead strategic analytics projects by defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and outcomes, partnering with analysts and data teams to ensure successful completion.
Serve as a trusted partner to leaders across different business units to understand their challenges and deliver data-driven recommendations and solutions.
Oversee quality analysis and create compelling visualizations and narratives that communicate key insights and recommendations to various organizational levels.
Help define, execute, and communicate the analytics strategy, identifying key business questions and building a data-driven project roadmap aligned with company goals.
Stay current with trends and technologies in analytics, AI, and related fields, championing new tools and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities and efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing and mentoring a team of high-performing analysts.
5+ years of experience with strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis, data modeling, and business intelligence tools.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI platforms such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of translating complex data into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience applying data analytics to business areas such as sales, customer experience, and product, with understanding of relevant KPIs and drivers.
