The Business Analytics Insight Specialist Sr. role involves providing complex modeling and analytics to generate data-driven insights for strategic decision-making at the executive level, including storytelling and visualization, with strong project management and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Works independently on enterprise and other key strategic initiatives providing complex modeling and analytics that result in data-driven insights to advise the executive team, including C-Suite, on the strategic initiatives.
Provides insights through storytelling and visualization.
Demonstrates strong project management skills and collaborates effectively across a matrixed organization with all levels of leadership including C-Suite in the achievement of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Statistics or other Quantitative Field.
7 years business data analytics experience, including proficiency in statistical techniques and business intelligence tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Statistics or other Quantitative Field.
Master's Degree in Business Administration (preferred).
7 years business data analytics experience.
