Business Development and Digital Media Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the business development and digital media strategies, ensuring alignment with company's long-term goals.
• Elevate revenue generation processes by identifying innovative business opportunities and optimizing existing revenue streams.
• Provide executive leadership to the marketing, sales, public relations, and digital media teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and other organizations to enhance business opportunities and company visibility.
• Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the creation and execution of dynamic marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and reinforce the company's brand identity.
• Guide the long-term business planning process, including growth strategies, budget planning, and forecasting.
• Mentor and develop team members, empowering them to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
• Support team members in creating marketing calendars, strategies, and campaigns to target new business opportunities.
• Coordinate aerial video productions, including securing contracts, providing creative direction, assisting during filming, and managing logistics.
• Develop helicopter transportation plans for guests and event crews, including setting up offsite landing sites and lounges.
• Collaborate with graphic design team members to incorporate creative design skills and latest trends.
• Create, edit, and deliver marketing content such as printed and digital ads, video commercials, magazine articles, web content, and social media ads using software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or Davinci Resolve.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Hotel Hospitality, Hospitality Management, Business Management, Business Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or related occupation.
• Experience in social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Proficiency in SEO and web skills specific to Hospitality & Aviation to improve online visibility and drive sales.
• Ability to facilitate full-scale aerial video productions, including securing contracts, providing creative direction, and coordinating logistics.
• Experience in developing helicopter transportation plans and setting up offsite landing sites and lounges.
• Skills in creative design and collaboration with graphic design teams.
• Proficiency in creating, editing, and delivering marketing content using relevant software tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve for video editing.
• Knowledge of the latest design trends and creative direction.
