The Strategy & Business Development Intern will support strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business case development within this global organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support Sr. Manager and Executive Director with Strategic Planning and M&A activities, including preparing market and competitive environment analysis and presentations for senior management decision-making.
Collaborate with business unit key managers and functions to define the company strategy.
Support the Strategic Planning process.
Assist in M&A target identification, analysis, cultivation, and due diligence activities.
Support strategic initiatives business case development such as entry strategies, footprint optimization, new product launches, and new process development.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Business Program (BS/MBA), in good standing.
Prior experience in strategy, business development or consulting preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in market and competitive research and analysis.
Strong strategic thinking abilities with analytical skills.
Ability to apply strategic frameworks to problem solving.
Self-motivated and organized in a high-demand, high-performance culture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and supporting multiple stakeholders.
Strong data analysis capabilities and Excel modeling skills (a plus).
Experience with Aerospace Components Manufacturing companies is a plus.
Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, Political Asylee, or Refugee).

Experience in strategy, business development or consulting.
Experience with Aerospace Components Manufacturing companies.
