This is a 12-month internship assisting the medical technology testing group with business analytics and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Design and improve customer forms and presentations along the customer journey by collecting, organizing, harmonizing, standardizing, redesigning, and collaborating with team members to incorporate feedback.
Develop and implement automated scripts for the collection of customer and competitor information from various sources.
Perform trend analysis on collected data to identify key insights and patterns.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all automated processes.
Document and maintain scripts for future use and updates.
Analyze customer and competitor data to provide actionable insights.
Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively.
Assist in the development of dashboards and other tools for ongoing trend monitoring.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in business analytics.
Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Familiarity with automated data collection techniques and trend analysis is a plus.
Experience in business analytics tools (PowerBI), or willingness to learn.
Experience using productivity tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
Enthusiasm for innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or current pursuit of such a degree.
