Job Description

About the Role

The mission of the Marketing Insights team is to understand the needs, experiences, behaviors, and attitudes of our users and customers to maximize the value Meta can deliver across our platforms and services. The team acts as full-stack partners to help identify and actualize marketing strategies that connect people and businesses to meaningful experiences. The role involves working with the Outbound Brand team to shape how Facebook's message is delivered across various channels, identifying mutually beneficial partnerships, and creating synergies to build the brand in alignment with strategic goals. The position focuses on resourceful, evergreen marketing efforts and activating partnerships to bridge gaps between current brand positioning and future goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the learning agendas to support progress on business goals
  • Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research to support decision-making, strategic planning, and shape marketing/brand strategies, campaign development, product development, and retail/channel strategy
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations, producing highly effective communication that motivates application of learnings across marketing and the organization

Requirements

  • Experience building strategies for brands and navigating ambiguity
  • Ability to identify problems, set priorities, and drive learning agendas with minimal guidance
  • Strong curiosity and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to think outside the box and identify opportunities
  • Experience working effectively within a changing environment and pivoting to areas of greatest opportunity

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with multi-channel marketing that integrates communications to alternative marketing, on-platform integrations, creator-driven programming, and classic ads/marketing
  • 3+ years working at an agency that does alternative marketing such as brand activations, partnerships, real-life integrations, influencer/creator-led strategies
  • In-depth knowledge on how to identify and implement partnerships, social, and activation marketing

Qualifications

  • Mid-level experience with at least 3 years of relevant work experience

  • Base salary ranging from $138,000 to $188,000 per year
