Wayfair is seeking a seasoned leader in consumer research and analytics to shape and scale our global insights practice. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of brand strategy and customer understanding, responsible for delivering qualitative and quantitative insights that fuel decision-making that drive business impact across all of Wayfair's brands and geographies. Reporting to the Global Head of Brand & Insights, you'll set the vision and roadmap for consumer research at Wayfair, leading foundational work on brand tracking, segmentation, concept testing, and category deep dives, while embedding the voice of the customer across the organization.
