News 12 is an award-winning, hyper local news station covering communities throughout Long Island, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Westchester, Hudson Valley, Connecticut and New Jersey. News 12 New York is our national streaming service for regional news, weather, and News 12 originals. Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate content performance across all platforms, including linear television, streaming, and digital, to identify trends and areas of opportunity.
Develop, compile, and analyze reports from a variety of data sources such as Nielsen, MicroStrategy, and third-party partner platforms.
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive growth for News 12.
Collaborate closely with content and distribution teams to enhance content performance and optimize distribution across platforms including website, CTV, and social.
Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and evolving best practices to ensure News 12 remains competitive and forward-thinking.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in research, analytics, media analytics or audience measurement.
Proven knowledge of multi-platform media ecosystems including linear TV, streaming services, digital publishing, and social media.
Proficiency in media analytics platforms such as Nielsen and third-party partner platforms.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for various stakeholders.
