About the Role

Our client, the Global Leader in Technology, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a data-driven team focused on generating impactful business insights by leveraging modern tools like Power BI, Kusto, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Cosmos DB. The team's mission is to convert complex data into actionable intelligence through dynamic reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making. This position involves developing data visualizations, dashboards, and performance reports to transform raw data into meaningful insights that guide business decisions, working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain insightful and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports
Extract and analyze data using Kusto Query Language (KQL) from multiple sources including Cosmos DB and ADO
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective reports
Troubleshoot and solve complex technical and data issues independently
Provide ad hoc reporting and respond quickly to changing business needs
Conduct research and synthesize findings from various data sources to support strategic objectives
Maintain strong documentation and version control using Azure DevOps

Requirements

Power BI: Minimum 3 years building dashboards, reports, and data models
Kusto Query Language (KQL): Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
Azure DevOps (ADO): Minimum 3 years of experience in tracking, managing, and reporting project data
Cosmos DB: Minimum 3 years of experience querying and analyzing data
Problem-Solving & Project Management: Minimum 3 years solving technical issues, managing multiple data sources, and delivering high-quality solutions
Excel proficiency

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (preferred but not required with strong demonstrated skills)
