About the Role

The Business Intelligence Digital Data Analyst at Amica is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to support business decisions. This role involves working with the Digital Team to design and implement advanced analytical approaches, analyze data to extract meaningful insights, measure success, and develop recommendations to drive performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions, and goals. Bring structure to business requests, translate requirements into an analytical project approach, and lead complex projects through completion.
  • Acquire and compile structured and unstructured data, verify quality and accuracy.
  • Design, develop, own, and manage recurring analytics and reporting processes.
  • Support the design, analysis, and interpretation of experiments across product lines and funnel steps.
  • Prepare and deliver expert-level visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners.
  • Perform analyses of historical data to surface trends, identify patterns, and uncover opportunities using advanced analytical techniques.
  • Help evaluate potential opportunities to assist stakeholders in assessing trade-offs for driving business performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
  • Experience with Digital data for Insurance preferred.
  • Experience with Web analytics and clickstream data.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics or similar digital analytics tools, Python, and SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization software preferred.
  • Data science experience preferred.
