About the Role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Spring Venture Group, you will utilize Tableau, machine learning, and other analytical tools to support our data-driven organization. This is an excellent opportunity to gain new skills in a small-team environment as part of our rapidly growing company. In this role, you will collaborate directly with managers and directors from various departments, and your analysis will create an immediate impact on the company.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with department leaders to design and sustain actionable dashboards derived from a relational database.
Communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively through verbal and written means with coworkers in technical and business roles.
Conduct recurring market research to keep decision-makers abreast of the competitive landscape.
Create and manage weekly and monthly reports with a high level of accuracy.
Assist Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Operations with ad hoc requests.
Work closely with upper-level management, providing recommendations on both daily and long-term business strategies.
Assist in applying and expanding new technology and tools.

Requirements

BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or relevant experience required.
Strong analytical background.
Basic understanding of statistics.
Basic understanding of database structure.
Basic understanding of data visualization.
Proficiency with data visualization software.
Proficiency in Excel required.
Interest in constantly learning as technology changes.
Capable of working independently or with a team depending on project needs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly detail-oriented.
Operationally focused.
Understands what metrics to track and how to use them to identify and diagnose areas for optimization.

Nice to Have

Experience with machine learning tools.
Experience designing dashboards from relational databases.
