About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of scalable BI solutions, acting as both architect and owner of key analytics capabilities.
• Utilize advanced technical skills in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and other analytical tools to perform deep-dive analyses and interpret complex data sets.
• Design and maintain robust data architectures, managing ETL processes and ensuring data consistency, quality, and integration across systems.
• Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, translating analytics needs into clear deliverables and ensuring projects stay aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage project timelines, align resources, and ensure the timely delivery of impactful solutions while driving Agile best practices.
• Champion best practices in data management, ensuring efficient processes, strong validation, and continuous improvement of BI methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Technical experience with ETL/data blending tools and processes (e.g., Alteryx, Informatica, AWS Glue).
• Experience with database/data architecture (e.g., SQL, Redshift, Snowflake).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Domo, Qlik).
• Ability to strategize, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights.
• Experience leading projects with a strategic mindset and a focus on business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills, with experience leading initiatives independently and collaborating across teams.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science, or similar roles.
• BS/MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with a focus on Data and Analytics.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data architecture and visualization tools beyond those listed.
• Experience working in sales operations or related domains.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
