Business Intelligence Analyst-Healthcare (Remote)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret behavioral health data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Design and develop reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders, including leadership, clinicians, and administrators.
• Collaborate with behavioral health professionals, administrators, and other relevant stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
• Conduct trend analysis to predict future behavioral health needs and challenges.
• Develop forecasting models to support resource allocation and strategic planning.
• Own and manage the BH capacity planning tool, Clockworx, and work with Units and ED leaders to plan capacity based on client trends.
• Implement data quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Identify and address data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Recommend and implement process improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Stay current with advancements in business intelligence tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Health Informatics or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics.
• Proven experience in data analysis within the healthcare sector preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
• Detail oriented, organized, and possess good time management skills.
• Ability to work independently but function as part of a team.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis tools.
• Understanding of Behavioral Health concepts, terminologies, and industry trends.
• Ability to thrive in a high growth, fast-paced organization and a 100% remote environment.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare analytics experience
