About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Review cost data, key performance indicators, market indicators, and economic trends to support project pursuits and success.
  • Design and develop workflows, process maps, and other documents to support business development efforts.
  • Work nights, weekends, holidays, and early or late hours to implement upgrades and improvements with minimal disruption.
  • Enforce compliance with the Employee and Company Acceptable Use of Electronic Information Systems policy and report violations.
  • Coordinate with business users to test, validate, and evaluate new applications or functionality and obtain sign-off.
  • Define, develop, and implement quality assurance practices, end user test plans, and scenarios to ensure quality of business solutions.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation of business processes using interviews, document analysis, and requirements gathering techniques.
  • Provide support and assistance to the IT Department in identifying and documenting business processes and requirements.
  • Maintain technical training and certifications to evaluate customer needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Participate in activities supporting the company's strategic planning efforts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical related experience as a business analyst.
  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs and Power BI.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and early or late hours.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
  • Must be able to interact with people and technology frequently during a shift.
  • Must comply with all safety standards and procedures.
