We are seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to join our dynamic team of Fivers and lead the strategy, development, and optimization of business intelligence solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI
Develop and execute a BI strategy aligned with organizational goals and operational needs
Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure BI tools remain cutting-edge and relevant
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within BI platforms
Build and manage a small team, providing mentorship, guidance, and training
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to prioritize and deliver BI projects
Integrate multiple data sources, including property management systems like Yardi, RealPage, or OneSite, into BI tools
Identify and resolve data-related challenges to ensure scalability and flexibility of solutions
Deliver insights into operational performance, revenue trends, and key metrics
Drive automation in data collection, reporting, and analysis to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
Train and support internal teams and clients in understanding and utilizing dashboards
Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging cross-departmental teamwork
Bridge the gap between technical solutions and business requirements
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
Strong understanding of SQL, ETL processes, API, and data warehousing concepts
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse audiences
Proven leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to inspire and manage teams
Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus
Sensitivity to confidential information and strong attention to detail

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
At least 2 years in a leadership role
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
