This full-time associate role, beginning in July 2026, involves working with cutting-edge technology on teams that foster innovation and collaboration. The program includes comprehensive training in mortgage industry knowledge and quantitative analytics, with opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and networking. The position is based in Washington D.C. at the Midtown Center office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement analytical skills by researching analytic capabilities, producing insights, and providing consultative services.
  • Leverage data and quantitative expertise to support quality and intelligent decision-making for managing the business, financial reporting, risk control, and delegation capabilities.
  • Participate in a 10-week seminar-style training covering business areas such as Underwriting, Pricing, Capital Markets, Loss Mitigation, and Risk Management, as well as technical courses in Statistics, SQL, R, and Python.
  • Assist in building targeted analytics and predictive modeling to help business partners make informed decisions.
  • Create insights through AI/ML, econometric modeling, data visualization, web-based self-service solutions, and analytics infrastructure design.
  • Build and apply models of loan performance, property valuation, and home price forecasting to support financial results and regulatory reporting.
  • Perform sensitivity analyses to inform senior management planning and evaluate impacts of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree obtained between December 2025 and Spring 2026.
  • Strong analytical background with research and numerical problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to contribute to a team.
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen and results focus.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluency and aptitude with technology applications.

Nice to Have

  • Data Science, Computer Science, Math, Finance, Statistics, and Economics majors with a quantitative focus.
  • GPA of 3.3 or higher (preferred).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required).
  • Degree obtained between December 2025 and Spring 2026.
