Key Responsibilities

Support the team on critical and innovative projects related to product development.
Own a project contributing to the launch or evolution of card, lending, or membership services products such as travel, dining, etc.
Contribute to product vision, strategy, and delivery of digital products.
Assist in identifying customer needs and building outstanding experiences.
Collaborate with teams across the company to launch products.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program.
Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
Interest in card, lend, or membership-focused products (e.g., travel, dining).
Ability to be accountable for end-to-end customer experience and performance metrics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in analytical and presentation tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience or proven interest in card, lend, or membership-focused products.
Experience with customer experience and performance metrics.
Curiosity about how things work, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity.
Ability to seek and respond to feedback from colleagues and partners.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
Willingness to take risks, experiment, and share new perspectives.

Qualifications

Enrollment in a Master's degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
