About the Role

The C&C Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for formulating, directing and coordinating fully integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth strategies and B2C marketing needs for the College & Commercial Division. This role acts as a business partner and subject matter expert to the Greek Account Manager channel, requiring a deep understanding of the market, industry, and consumers. The position involves collaborating with business leaders to identify key channel opportunities, develop sales programs, enhance marketing efforts, and improve the customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute channel marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize brand exposure across various channels
Lead the conception, execution and reporting of integrated, revenue producing marketing campaigns that leverage email marketing, digital and content marketing, event strategies and direct mail
Coordinate all marketing communication between enterprise marketing and the C&C channel
Recommend marketing techniques and tactics suited to local market dynamics
Monitor and adjust field marketing programs regularly to evaluate their efficiency and effectiveness
Develop visual and merchandising standards to be implemented across markets
Develop event marketing plans that create engaging experiences for consumers to drive orders and improve brand awareness
Develop and implement content for websites, including core brand sites as well as social media platforms
Ensure the quality, clarity and relevance of all Greek creative assets as it relates to brand vision and execution, and social and digital expertise
Assist in coordinating and participating in national level events, tradeshows and conferences

Requirements

7+ years' experience in a multi-faceted marketing role, including advertising, brand management and digital marketing
Demonstrated success applying research insights in the content and technology landscape
Ability to communicate reports with ROI accomplishment
Strong project management skills and cross functional leadership
Excellent communication skills- verbal and written- and strong interpersonal skills
Strong people and management skills to interact with customers, sales teams and marketing
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize initiatives and develop road maps for execution
Must be willing to travel up to 25%
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have

Experience in a similar industry or working with educational or student-focused products
Experience with digital marketing tools and content management systems
