About the Role

Worksite Marketing is a strategic sales channel that directly reaches employees at corporate organizations to offer protection. It is essential for driving focused strategies, enhancing sales performance, and ensuring the organization effectively meets client needs in this market segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary account manager for all worksite marketing projects, establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate partners to understand their needs and align Chubb's offerings accordingly.
  • Work directly with the CEO to develop and implement strategic sales channels to reach corporate clients directly and offer protection solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to upsell additional products and services to our current client base, maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients through exceptional customer care, organizing seminars, and tailoring schemes to meet their specific needs.
  • Oversee claims processing and collection efforts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that all services provided meet the highest standards and align with client expectations.
  • Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to worksite marketing, providing insights and recommendations based on market research and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including direct sales, product development, and customer service, to create integrated distribution initiatives that drive engagement and participation in our partner's voluntary benefits.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track sales performance metrics and identify areas for business improvement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and initiate new models for strategic partnerships.
  • Organize and participate in partner meetings, workshops, and informational sessions to promote Chubb's products and enhance partner understanding of available options.
