The Client Connectivity Project Manager will coordinate technical projects across the organization, promote consistency in client experiences, and support the delivery of streamlined processes across connectivity channels including APIs and batch/file transmission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participates in the identification, design, development, and implementation of assigned projects, which may be general or systems related.
  • Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely project completion in accordance with user needs.
  • Participates in training users and evaluating the project.
  • Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.
  • Assists in coordinating technical projects across the organization and promotes consistency in client experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities.
  • Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area.
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management.
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to define and orchestrate updates to team processes and procedures.
  • Familiarity with technical support / client-facing operations.
  • Strong influencing and partnership / collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to quickly learn new skills and processes while also being adaptable to changing requirements.

Qualifications

  • Educational background includes a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
