Client Connectivity Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in the identification, design, development, and implementation of assigned projects.
• Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.
• Participates in training users and evaluating the project.
• Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.
• Assists in coordinating technical projects across the organization.
• Promotes consistency in the experiences delivered through client connectivity channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of experience in project management activities.
• Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area.
• Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of project management.
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Ability to define and orchestrate updates to team processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with technical support / client-facing operations.
• Strong influencing and partnership / collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams.
• Ability to quickly learn new skills and processes while also being adaptable to changing requirements.

Qualifications

• Educational background equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
