Key Responsibilities

Learn and apply software engineering principles
Participate in code reviews and contribute to software development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software solutions
Gain exposure to different programming languages, tools, and technologies
Implement software projects for an integrated system or sub-system and contribute to planning, reporting, and management of the project
Demonstrate ability to handle single projects with some supervision and manage low-risk projects
Co-own the software content of a project or program and ensure consistency across projects
Develop, document, and maintain machine control interface standards across multiple platforms
Provide support and consulting for Concepting & Estimating, Software Engineering, Project Management, Installation, & Product Development
Analyze program requirements and maintain technical program communications with customers
Drive product and project execution improvements and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

Enrollment in a Bachelor's program in Software Engineering or related field
Basic understanding of software development principles
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology
Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
Ability to make timely decisions even in complex situations
Proficiency in C++, C#, Java, and SQL

Nice to Have

Pursuing an advanced degree in Software Engineering or related field

Qualifications
