About the Role

As DTC Analyst, you will lead the strategy and execution of email/CRM and SMS plans across Gatorade and other core brands. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights and new technology to stay ahead of the competition. The position is based at PepsiCo in Harrison, NY, and offers a supportive, flexible, and innovative working environment with comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, execute, measure, and optimize CRM strategy for Gatorade and core brands in collaboration with Brand Marketing, Strategy, and full cross-functional team.
  • Manage planning calendar and cadence across brand tentpole and core moments, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to make key decisions rooted in business objectives.
  • Execute all campaign journey planning and sends within Salesforce platform.
  • Build strong partnership with cross-functional team and agency partners, while being a subject matter expert.
  • Analyze performance data to deliver clear, thoughtful recommendations for future campaign optimizations.
  • Work inside a CRM platform to drive improvements, efficiencies around content management systems and workflows.
  • Elevate omni-channel collaboration between key stakeholders to deliver a holistic approach to DTC plans.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive insights, and innovation to inform future strategies and plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of media or marketing experience, ideally with hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to define, assess, and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing complex workflows, content/publishing, and deadlines.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a quick learner.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and building stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent collaborator with proactive ideas and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinker who can bring innovation to projects and processes.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.

  • Expected compensation range between $69,900 - $117,000, with salary considerations based on skills, experience, and education.
  • Bonus based on performance with a target payout of 5% of annual salary.
