Community Liaison/Social Media Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community outreach programs to raise awareness about our services.
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders.
• Organize events and activities that engage seniors and their families within the community.
• Educate potential clients about the benefits of assisted living options available at Colonial Assisted Living.
• Collect data on community needs to inform program development and service delivery.
• Manage volunteers to support outreach initiatives and events.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote community events and engage with residents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in program development or project management is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with fundraising strategies is a plus.
• Experience in volunteer management or supervising teams is beneficial.
