About the Role

The Consumer Marketing Manager at T-Mobile is responsible for insulating the company's base customers and consumers through marketing and communications strategies that drive revenue and retention. This role involves working cross-functionally to communicate offers, plan changes, and enterprise initiatives in a way that aligns with the consumer journey and business objectives. The position offers an opportunity for results-driven individuals to operate in a fast-paced environment, with collaboration in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS, including three days a week in-person work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete quarterly offers partnering with operations, supply chain, finance, messaging, product management, analytics, consumer insights, and other teams to ensure detailed execution of offers in market and performance management.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of quarterly marketing plans for the Postpaid portfolio, including analysis of customer insights and business performance, development of promotional offers, and performance management.
  • Identify opportunities based on competitive landscape, business performance, and customer pain points, and provide strategic recommendations on offers and programs to gain new customers.
  • Assist with managing quarterly business performance, including results analysis, contingency planning, and plan iterations in a competitive environment.
  • Develop marketing communication materials for senior leadership that tell a customer-centric story.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 4-7 years of marketing experience in categories such as software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in defining and driving go-to-market strategies.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
