Content Creator & Marketing Specialist Remote/Part-Time

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Write compelling marketing copy (social posts, email blurbs, captions)
• Help grow our online presence through organic and strategic content
• Track content performance and optimize based on data
• Collaborate with our design and product teams to align messaging
• Stay on top of trends in content and digital marketing

Requirements

• Experience creating content for brands, products, or influencers
• Ability to shoot and edit videos using apps like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe tools
• Knowledge of how to write for conversions while maintaining a fun, natural tone
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms natively
• Having a portfolio or samples of past content (social posts, videos, campaigns)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal hand-holding

Nice to Have

• Experience running ads or boosting content
• Worked with UGC (User-Generated Content)
• Comfortable appearing on camera or working with talent
• Knowledge of basic SEO or email marketing strategy
