About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform existing documentation into structured, ingestible content for internal AI tools.
• Support the migration of knowledge assets into a new format optimized for AI integration.

Requirements

• Strong writing and content creation skills.
• Working experience in the industry sectors: Media Technology, Audio-Visual (AV) Technology, Entertainment Technology, Post-Production & Cinema Technology.
• Experience with AI tools.
• Experience with content management systems or maintaining internal knowledge bases.

Nice to Have

• Background in marketing or content development.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
