About the Role

The Client People Experience team is looking for a contract content producer to work on two internal platforms, supporting content management, user experience, and content improvements. The role involves collaborating with project teams, SMEs, and editors to oversee content change requests, manage workflows, and ensure content quality and consistency across platforms such as ServiceNow and Workday. The position requires a detail-oriented project manager with strong communication skills and a passion for content integrity and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Work with project SMEs and platform owners to support the best possible user experience by ensuring the platform has the right content in the right places.
Develop and update content with subject matter experts, articulating key messages clearly and consistently with style guidelines.
Manage content change requests and content workflow.
Handle the intake and prioritization of content change requests via ticket tracking systems such as Radar.
Coordinate with SMEs, editors, and other groups (Privacy, Legal) to manage content reviews.
Track, prioritize, and escalate tickets as needed.
Lead QA sessions and participate in team meetings.
Implement effective processes for content development and quality assurance.

Requirements

5+ years of project management experience and managing content for high-traffic sites or platforms.
Experience with task management/ticketing systems required.
Proficient in writing clear and direct copy, with UX writing experience a plus.
Experience editing content and implementing style guidelines.
Organized, articulate, and detail-oriented.
Efficient and reliable.
Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible with process changes.
Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred education: Bachelor's Degree.
